Come hear from our Jewish student groups (JSU and JSA) about how we are celebrating Jewish identities and addressing the Jewish experience at LPCI.  The evening will be an opportunity to hear from Superintendent Andrew Howard, Trustee Shelley Laskin, and the new Chair of the TDSB Jewish Heritage Committee, Corinne Promislow.

LPCI 2024 Admissions Overview – Canada

In September, School Council hosted an informative and well attended webinar to over 280 attendees. It was presented by Teo Salgado, VerveSmith Educational Consultant, covering many topics related to applying to University.

Parent Council Direct Donation Campaign

We NEED your help! We are kicking off our Parent Council Direct Donation campaign to raise funds to support our students and enhance their LP experience.

The campaign will be running as of October 23, 2023, with donations being used to provide funding to student clubs, wellness initiatives, athletics, the arts and other requests put forth by our staff and students.

LP School Council needs you!

LPCI has a very active school (parent) council, as you can see from the images of various past events below.

We support student councils, clubs, and teams, as well as trips, with financial assistance and parent staffing of events where suitable.

We run several events through the school year and work with the principal and staff on school improvements.

Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute School Council welcomes you to LPCI for the 2023-24 school year!

Our School Council is made up of an elected committee of parents and caregivers, staff and student representatives, appointed community members and the principal. Together, this group of volunteers work together towards achieving the council’s mandate “to improve student achievement and enhance the accountability of the education system to parents.”
